Imagine Woman 30 Day Gratitude Challenge

Imagine Woman is challenging you in November, to jump-start a new habit by joining us on our 30 Day Gratitude Challenge journey. The challenge aims to make gratitude a habit by completing an extremely simple task daily; to show those in your life, and yourself, how much you appreciate them through acts of gratitude.

Gratitude turns what we have into enough.

Through the daily practice of gratitude, we will train our brains to always be happy and to find the best case scenario in our daily life events. At the end of the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge, you will not only develop a new frequency lifting habit; but will find that you are more mindful of the positives and that you are taking part in a bit of self-care.

Get your accountability partner and prepare to lift your frequency. You are also encouraged to follow along on Instagram using the hashtag #iwgratitudechallenge . Here is your list of daily tasks.
