In a society where we are considered the minority, and statistics indicating we are at an additional disadvantage due to our gender, skin color and cultural background; it is imperative to have a platform that supports and showcases our success in spite of the odds.

Our mission is to recognize and support Caribbean women, by influencing and encouraging the realization of their true potential, lending to a purposeful and successful life.
OUR VISION
We envision an unyielding sisterhood amongst Caribbean women where we are able to uplift each other as we succeed individually and collectively; moving beyond the confines of the Greater Toronto Area; into the nation of Canada.
